Fabulous views of Corcovado
Fantastic service end to end. Maria was so helpful, replied immediately even out of hours and made the booking, organisation and payment easy. We flew a 20min journey palmar sur to carate and the same return leg. A, really smooth trip with Pilot Joaquin , fabulous views of Corcovado . We previously drove this and it was 4hrs each way . Would love to use them again. Thank you for everything.

Maria with Adventure Air did an amazing job planning our tours for the day. It was our favorite day of our whole trip. Started off with the helicopter landing at our hotel, planet hollywood to pick us up. Our pilot, Robert, was amazing as well. They took us to Fortuna where we were transferred to Pure Trek where we repelled down several waterfalls. After that we were taken to Tabacon hot spring which was absolutely breathtaking!!! We had a delicious lunch and day in all the springs. We were then taken back to the helicopter where Robert flew us by Arenal volcano.
On the way flying back to the hotel, Robert said that he would like to fly us over Rincon de Viega volcano and we could see the water in the crater. The day was phanominal! I cant say enough great things about Maria, she did an exceptional job planning and taking care of us. Highly recommend this company!!!

We had never flown in a helicopter and were surprised how roomy the helicopter was as well as how smooth the ride was. ….
We had ample time to take some great photos, some video, and even flew over our resort for an overhead view of the Riu property. There were a total of four passengers on board, plus the pilot and a guide, so everyone had a great window seat to take in the scenery.
The 30 minute trip seemed like it was over too quickly so I would love to return and take one of the other helicopter tours that Adventure Air offers. A great first helicopter experience! Everyone at Adventure Air was safety conscious as well as being very professional, friendly and courteous. Can’t wait to visit again!!

My wife and I had the pleasure of flying with 2 other equally delighted passengers over one of Costa Rica’s active volcanos. The flight over both the dry forests of the Pacific side and the rain forests on the Atlantic side of the continental divide was fascinating, the glimpse of two worlds in an instant. The commentary along with the flight itself made the entire experience magical. I would heartily recommend it to anyone wanting to see this beautiful country from an extraordinary height and yet close enough to see the trees.

Best way to travel in Costa Rica
Recently we used Adventure air for a private plane charter from San Jose to TAmbor and a helicopter transfer from Mal Pais to Las Catalinas. What I can tell you, is that when you travel by air, you of course want a reputable company that values safety. Sometimes its hard when you are going to a new country to rely on what you read, but so glad we did. Both our transfers were effortless and saved hours and hours of driving. While they aren’t cheap, I wouldn’t put a price tag on comfort or safety.
